I understand what he is saying, but women need prenatal testing. Should it be free? No way. Or maybe we should answer the question "is it really free?" first.
Of course it is not, I think we can all agree on that. What it comes down to, as with "free" birth control, is that the government is allowing one citizen (and non-citizens too!) to take my earnings.
I am big on the government following the Constitution (what a novel idea!), especially the way this administration abuses power, and Santorum is the first guy with a chance that is putting it front and center and will stick with it.
