Exotic Babes
I'm making taterskins from a box, and my famous taco dip. I'm sure we will have out the salsa because we will have out the tortilla chips for the taco dip.
I make my taco dip sort of like a layer dip.
I spread refried beans onto the bottom of a casserole dish.
I mix up the taco seasoning with the ground beef and diced onions and I add salsa to it to make it richer and put that on top of the beans.
I layer on cheese, lots of cheese because we like it. I bake all that in the oven until the cheese is bubbly.
I take it out and layer on shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes. I put dollops of sour cream on top and I have jalapenos and black olives on the side for those who want them.
You can serve this with chips, you can scoup it out and put it in taco salad shells. DS likes to wrap it up in soft taco shells, with broken bits of chips sprinkled in.
Ummmmm...nothing that I know of, LOL. DS is the one who wants to watch the game the most, and he's invited to the neighbor's to party. I will be taking dd's friend back home, a 2 hour round trip, so I don't foresee a party of any kind
