Slow and steady
I've been on the weight watchers now for almost 4 weeks. I'm loosing about 0.5 lbs a week; not great, but I don't starve myself either. I have noticed my clothes fits a whole lot better, and that's what most important. I have about 6 lbs to go till I reach my goal. I figure I have another 2 months of this!
