hi i had a tubal ligation in sept2003 and in may2004 became preg they said it formed a pinhole i want to talk to some one that has gone through this i also had another sergery in aug 2004 to fix problem coulkd it be a mistake was made or it just happens i dont know i now feel regret angry and now insurance is trying to stick me with bill i cant seem to get on with things and get over this

Did you have  a baby after the tubal ligation failure?

 It not the insurance  company fault  its the doctor who did the mistake.

You are saying that you had a tubal and got pregnant? 
I am very shocked  by this-   I myself would consider not going back to the same doctor because he did not do the job correct for you..  Are you sure  for  a fact you had signed a form to have your tubes tied. If so  you should not pay twice for the same job.. I   myself would seek a lawyer  but this is only my own..
