Ashley's first tooth broke through this weekend (or at least we first noticed it this weekend!).  Now I find myself wondering if I have to brush this tooth and how exactly you do that with an infant?

How do you ladies take care of your LOs teeth? Thanks!

I have one of the finger tip tooth brush things and some infant tooth and gum cleanser. It's made by Gerber. You can just use a wet washcloth though if you don't want to get the little toothbrush thing. The Gerber stuff is safe to swallow and doesn't have any fluoride it in.

I give Nicholas his little toothbrush we got at the dentist then hold him while I brush my teeth. I don't put anything on his brush just get it wet...he has fun trying to do what I'm doing.

At my older DD's apt at the dentist he got this really cool round toothbrush so he cant put it all the way in his mouth or gag himself.
