That's strange? I have gone to the site several times and never had a problem. I am running AVG, as well as a couple of firewalls.

I am not a lawyer myself but from what i have red, the way these laws have been interpreted in the past by at least some states that language is as follows:
When they talk about a place you have a right to be they mean any place the general public is allowed to be without having to obtain permission beforehand. That means any business that allows the general public to walk in and be served such as stores and restaurants. The does not include places that restrict access from the general public such private workplaces, homes, and private clubs. Thus places like a target store or a restaurant that allows the general public to eat there would be covered. I restaurant that served only workers at a company or members of a private club would not be covered under these BF'ing laws. That is at least how I have heard the state laws that use that language have been interpreted and enforced but some states may interpret it slightly differently or may have yet to clarify the proper interpretation of their BF law(s) yet. I work for a university, so it may be their settings. I didn't try at home last night.

Let me know if you get a chance to try it at home. I wonder if it is a javascript the site has running that might be setting off the firewall? It can be completely harmless, just o make the site do something like a drop-down menu, display info during mouse-over, etc - but it could set off high-level firewalls.

If so, perhaps I should write to the site owner to let them know, so they won't lose potential visitors?
