You may have seen the amazing pictures of Beyonce just a month after giving birth.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2097570/Beyonce-post-baby-body-Crazy-shape-Jay-Z-concer...

You would not think she had ever carried a baby! Maybe she had a tummy tuck with her C-section??

Unfortunately us commoners can't do that so what plans do you have to get your pre-pregnancy bod back?

I always said I wouldn't worry about losing the weight whilst I was lactating as dieting can effect your milk supplying. Once my supply decided to dry up, I joined weightwatchers and lost 13lb in 3 months. Unfortunately I've since put most of this back on (I blame the winter) but plan to take up swimming as it is somethin i can include DS in. I used to swim twice a week so hope I can get back to where I was.

What about everyone else?

Wow at Beyonce! DH is really avid about fitness and working out, and is majoring in it right now, so I basically have my own coach here! I'm going to get a gym membership with him once I'm cleared to do so, and just generally eat healthier. Not diet but... I don't eat the best. It'll be good to have him to help me get into shape, but not so much when I just want to slack and he won't let me LOL

I had started losing weight using the myfitnesspal.com site to track calories and it was working really well. I'll start that up again after baby is here :smileyhappy:

I did weight watchers after DD, and I'll be doing it again this time around. This is our last baby so I really want to get back to my pre baby self. Its kinda nice since DH has also put on the pounds since we had DD ( he gained about 30lbs when I was pregnant with her LOL!) Anyways, we used to both love going to the gym. I talked about it the other day with him, making it a family thing and going a few times a week with the kids and on weekends and he was pretty excited.
