We started adding it a little, tiny bit at a time to his sippy cup of BM--about 1/2 an ounce or less in a 4 oz serving to start and increased it by about half an ounce once a week. When we hit equal parts cows milk and BM, he started rejecting it, so we backed up to about 1/3 CM and 2/3 BM again and left it that way for 2 more weeks and then started the slow increases again. When it got the the point that we were at 3+ oz CM, we cut out the BM and DS did ok.

I'm in the process of doing this right now. I started out doing 20-25% cow's milk and the rest breastmilk. My dd drank it no problem. I've been dong this for about 2 weeks now and just started doing 2oz. cow's and 3 oz. bm and she is doing just fine with this too. Since I'm ancy to drop another pump (still pumping 4x/day), I think in another week I'll do 3oz. cows and 2oz. bm and see how that goes!

Thanks.  I don't know why I'm so nervous about this part.  My LO has done great with every single food we've given her so I'm not expecting her to suddenly become picky, but you never know.  We are three weeks til her birthday and I think I will slowly start introducing a little cow's milk to one bottle a day just to see how it goes.
