What does your stash reveal about you?

What color/theme dominates in your stash? If you counted them up would you be surprised?

It would be more blue & white than anything, or maybe a bit less blue -- I acutally use that fairly often. White because I'm thinking of getting into dyeing. And natural tones.

My stash reveals that I love threads and metalics and that I probably have more than I realize. It would also reveal that I have a number of threads that are no longer in production and if there isn't enough in my stash something else will need to be substitued.

U would think that there are more blues and other jewel tones than anything else.

I fyou look in my fabric stash, you'd find equal amounts of blue and red fabrics (one bin each) ... sort of. Actaully, blue would come out way ahead because there is another bin of blue-and-white snowflake fabrics!  If you think in themes instead of c oors, there are bins of Christmas and American fabrics as well. And for a while, I was into flowers of the month and of the states! Surprisingly little of my favorite colors (oranges and browns!).

If you look at my pattern stash, it would be cats (especially Kats by Kellie) and Michael Powell's countryside tryptichs. There are also a lot of VIctorian houses...

And if you look at my UFOs, you can see that my tastes have changed over the years (I used to be a big fan of Charles Wysocki in needlepoint!)...

But basically, I'm an eclectic sort of person and a hoarder (because there is a LOT of stash of ALL kinds that I simply refuse to pitch...)
