Sew Much To Say
When do you get excited about a project?
Is it at the planning stages? At the start? When you're almost done? Or something in between?
For me, it tends to be at the very beginning, when I am kitting out a piece and planning how it will be finished.
However, if it is a biggie (and I am proned to BAPs), I tend to tire of it half-way through as it's taking so long and is beginning to look like it will NEVER be finished! That is how UFOs are born in my house! LOL.
Excitiemnt might pick up again near teh finish but the actual finish is usually anticlimactic for most things. For me, it's the stitching process, not necessarily the end product, which is why I have so many Unfinished Finished Projects!
