That memory game and bag is a great idea and soooooo cute.  (And I just love Michael Miller's Dick and Jane fabric line.  The only thing I don't like about it is that it's licensed so I can't make things out of it to sell.)

Yeah, anything that represents a character (like Elmo, Mickey Mouse, Hello Kitty, etc), a sports team or a college/university is pretty much licensed.  Even if it's a character that isn't "current" (like Dick and Jane, The Wizard of Oz characters, Raggedy Ann, etc.), generally the fabric is licensed and can be used for personal use only.  There are people who argue First Doctrine and all kinds of other perceived loopholes in the copywrite and trademark laws to get around this, but I just don't have the money, time, or energy to fight corporate America.  So I stick with taking a literal translation of the licensing and don't use those materials for items to sell. 

(Although I did mistakenly use a Pooh Bear fabric once.  The pattern of the fabric was a small jaquard and my eye sight is so poor I didn't realize it was Pooh Bear until someone pointed it out to.  I just thought it was a cute chubby bear.)
