Josh Powell-who's wife Susan went missing in 2009, apparently killed himself and his two young boys in an explosion he set this weekend. His boys had been starting to talk about mommy being in the trunk of the car on the night of that mysterious camping trip.There was concern the man was mentally ill and his visits with his children were to be supervised.The night they died, a CPS worker took them to the house to see their father who took them inside and locked the CPS worker out. Minutes later they were all dead.

I was shocked to read this story this morning.  What a sad, sad ending.    I definitely think the father had everything to do with his wife's disappearance.  But what a horrible, selfish thing to kill his sons along with himself.  I read that the grandparents were worried that he might do something like this...they must be completely devastated.

I literally felt sick to my stomach when I read this headline. I absolutely think he murdered his wife. The grandparent's concerns should have been taken more seriously - maybe those little boys would still be alive!!

It chilled me to the bone to read the headlines this morning. I definitely think he was responsible for his wife's disappearance. What a self-serving piece of crap he was... Taking his own life when there was a good chance the truth was starting to come out is one thing, but to include those little innocent babies? That is absolute evil.

I wish the courts had paid more attention to the grandparents' concerns. My thoughts and prayers are with this family.

I suppose even an innocent person could be driven to suicide if he's constantly being seen as a suspect, but to kill his kids too? That's cold...
