Prayers, please! Would REALLY like to be posting here!!
Hey gals....so DF & I are getting married in 3 weeks, then we are starting TTC process (yet once again).
I am scared, because I am 44, was pg. a few months ago, while I was 43, after TTC only one time. (Unfortunately) lost our angel, I had to have a D&C, because my body didn'r m/c natually.
My regular cycle, for the last 10 years, has been like clockwork, every 25 days. But NOW, since D&C, I got my 1st AF back, 26 days after procedure, now I am on cd 22 and no AF.
Do you think I will get a normal cycle back, so we can TTC again? I am scared, since I am 44, that was it....now that I had the D&C, I am done! I am just used to having a 21 day cycle & AF hasn't shown up, yet...it scares me that we won't be able to TTC!
And we really want to have a baby....so, please keep us in prayer, I will make it to this section!

Try not to stress.. because stress can delay ol' AF as well. Try to relax and eat a regular diet.. take your folic acid and a prenatal and wait for AF. Get that digital smiley Ovulation predicter out and GET READY to do the BD!

I am sooooo ready!! I've been taking my prenatals, just waiting on AF, then I will get the CBE digital OPK's, I am also getting DHEA so I can (hopefully) get a 'good egg'!.....
it's just all this waiting for AF sucks!! AND scares me, 'what if she decides it's time to go?".......but I have been so fertile, the last 13 years & I got pg., last time at 43, one the 1st shot! So, I don't know why my cycle should stop now?!

It can take even a few cycles before you're back on schedule, and I agree with Wendy that the more you stress about it, the later you may see AF. Are you charting? If not, I'd highly recommend it.
Also, and just throwing this out there, I believe the general consensus back when I MC'd and was contemplating TTC was that it's UBER-easy to get pregnant just after a MC. Just like after childbirth. Have you had sex since you miscarried? Just something to consider, though I would wager that you're not back on track simply because of everything that has happened.
Hang in there. I know it's hard. I think we waited 3 months to TTC after our 2nd MC and I charted during that time and got it on our first try. I hope the same happens when you're ready. Good luck!
